The Overturnable spiral mixer is the ideal choice for high-production bakeries and pizzerias that require efficient, high-capacity equipment.
Designed to handle heavy dough and high volumes, this mixer allows you to knead, work and turn the dough directly onto the work surface up to 200 kg with extreme ease, saving time and effort.
This mixer has been designed and built to allow you to knead both small and large quantities in an optimal manner, furthermore the extraction system facilitated by the pulse bowl rotation function makes operations even more agile.
The closed protection ensures greater hygiene and avoids leaks of water and flour during all processing phases.
Available with manual control panel with 2 speeds and 2 timers (see Classic Line features) or touch screen control panel with double inverter, variable speed, LED lights, temperature sensor and recipe storage (see Queen Line features).
